Register and create a space for your class, course or educational institution

Add students

Go to "Settings" of your space and invite students by email. See role-base permissions.

Create Groups for Students and Tutors

Neelix.IO platform has built in roles based permissions,


Creating groups as the first step helps with configuring assessments and will ensure students will be auto-assigned when joining.


Configure groups of people:


  • Click on "gear" button in the toolbar and proceed to the settings of your space
  • Click on "Edit Team"
  • Create a group for "Tutors"
  • Create group(s) for students - "Class 1", "Class 2", etc
  • Members for each team can be updated at any time after initial user onboarding (see step below)
  • Create groups of students or teams
