Re-enable Expired Subscription

How to re-enable expired subscriptions

Step 1

  • Login to Neelix
  • Click on user icon in the top right corner
  • Select "Settings" menu and then click on "All" option

Step 2

  • Click on the Consortium name from the presented list

Step 3

  • When settings for your Consortium are loaded, you will see a notification under Invoices section
  • Click on the configuration button under "Participants | Invoices"

Step 4

  • Participants page will highlight which entity has an expired subscription
  • Click on the name of the participant

Step 5

  • When participant configuration list is loaded, expand the "Invoices | Update Billing Details" section
  • Click on "Stripe Portal" button

Step 6

  • When Stripe Portal is presented, add payment method under the "Payment Method" section

Step 7

  • Make sure there are no unpaid invoices for prior periods. Subscription will be automatically re-activated only if all prior invoices are paid.
  • In order to pay for a prior invoice, click on the "Unpaid" warning. Stripe will guide you through the payment procedure.
