Guide for Posting Safe Feedback
About Psychological Safety for Students
It is “a climate in which one feels one can be candid. It’s a place where interpersonal risks feel doable, interpersonal risks, like speaking up with questions and concerns and half-baked ideas and even mistakes.” - Dr. Amy Edmondson
Where To begin
General feedback should be posted to a team's journal.
Click on "Start" menu option from the homepage and select "New"
or
Click on "Journal" menu option from the top menu bar

Relaying your feelings and using humour
Sometimes people are not comfortable to go into the details, and yet still want to relay a view that something is not working out.
Here is what you can do in Neelix:
- Click on "Abstain" to skip the commentary
- Indicate the "Impact" measure of your feelings
- Add one or more theme ("Experience Categories") that contribute to the overall feeling
- Add a GIPHY meme - sometimes a picture speaks a thousand words
How To Stay Anonymous
If you do not feel safe, the following tips can help you to relay the feedback:
- Black out your name, or replace it with some other label (for instance "Well-wisher")
- Skip specifying "Team"
- Leave "Comments" disabled
