General feedback should be posted to a team's journal.


Click on "Start" menu option from the homepage and select "New"

Relaying your feelings and using humour

Sometimes people are not comfortable to go into the details, and yet still want to relay a view that something is not working out.


Here is what you can do in Neelix:


  • Click on "Abstain" to skip the commentary
  • Indicate the "Impact" measure of your feelings
  • Add one or more theme ("Experience Categories") that contribute to the overall feeling
  • Add a GIPHY meme - sometimes a picture speaks a thousand words

How To Stay Anonymous

If you do not feel safe, the following tips can help you to relay the feedback:


  • Black out your name, or replace it with some other label (for instance "Well-wisher")
  • Skip specifying "Team"
  • Leave "Comments" disabled
